Player Code of Conduct

Play for fun, work hard to improve your skills

Be a team player, get along with your teammates

Learn teamwork, sportsmanship and discipline

Be on time for practices and games

Learn the rules and play by them - - do your best to always be a good sport

Respect the rinks, rink staff and follow the rules of the rink at home and at the rinks you visit

Respect your coaches, teammates, parents, opponents, and the officials

The following items will not be tolerated:

• Alcohol, smoking, chewing, vaping, use of tobacco or use of illegal substances at any CCYHA function
• Fighting
• Damaging facilities
• USA Hockey SafeSport violations
• Arguing with an official's decision
• Use of abusive, disrespectful or vulgar language when addressing other players, teammates, officials, coaches, rink staff or parents 

Any player who cannot abide by these rules or violates them will be subject to disciplinary action.
