The Team Manager oversees the operational aspects of the team. As Team Manager, you serve as the communication director and team liaison. The Team Manager coordinates all off-ice tasks, schedules all travel plans, books hotels, and shares pertinent information with players, parents, and coaches. This enables the coaches to focus on player development and on-ice instruction to provide players a rewarding hockey experience.

The Team Manager is not required to do it all. But rather, the team manager delegates to keep the team on task throughout the season; coordinating scheduling volunteers for home games and travel plans
