The Cheyenne Capitals Youth Hockey Association kindly asks you to consider joining us for the 2025-2026 hockey season as a sponsor!

Sponsorships are fully tax deductible as the Capitals are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (83-0333458).

The Cheyenne Capitals Youth Hockey Association is Cheyenne and Laramie County's youth hockey program developing character, sportsmanship, and physical fitness through playing the game of hockey. Our program supports approximately 200 players, ages 4-18, and that number is continuing to grow. The teams have represented Cheyenne in games and tournaments all across the country. We currently hold many state titles and recognitions, and are hoping to add to those this year!

Each year we reach out to local businesses to sponsor our program. By sponsoring our program you help us keep the registration fees reasonable. These fees include ice time for practice and games, operational costs, financial scholarships to athletes in need, and some paid coaching.

As our program grows, so do our responsibilities to our players. We not only need to teach them the high-level standards of hockey expected within our program, but also discipline, sportsmanship, timeliness, character, and respect. We feel this is a critically important responsibility for our board, coaches, and volunteers. We simply cannot do it without the support of local businesses and community members like you.

Running a program of our size is a tremendous undertaking—we rely on our generous sponsors to provide an excellent experience for our players. Our banner sponsors have their name read at every home game from Squirts level up. We also display your business logo on a banner hung all season at the Cheyenne Ice and Events Center and on our website.

As we continue to grow, our hope is that you will support that growth with us. We feel the lessons learned by our players as they move through our program are vital as they graduate to adulthood. For 2025-2026, we welcome new supporters and give many thanks to our continued supporters as we address this important and worthy effort.

Hat Trick, Goal, Penalty Box, and MVP Sponsors are due by October 1, 2025.
